Mister the seats in the waiting room are hard to sleep in no reading material in the waiting room I miss the donuts it was a nice surprise getting my car washed - thanks
Unethical business practice’s Unethical business practices buyers beware , misleading ads and window stickers of cars on lot. Price gouging from service department was lied to my face about cost and installation of optional equipment. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Stay away from these guys worst service ever, sales lies about everything, bait and switch, do not waste your time and money here. Hidden fees that they won't tell you up front.

Valencia BMW Terrible Service Department Went to Valencia BMW to get my car upgraded from 3G. After waiting 2 hours I was told they couldn't upgrade my car because they didn't know how to do it. This after BMW North America verified that my car was eligible for an upgrade and sent me to the dealer to get it done. Very frustrating. Not my first negative experience at this dealerships service department. I think I need to find a new BMW Dealership.
Not a satisfied customer from service department Service Rep suggested to fo brake fluid flush since millage was at 39000. Ash her when is the recommended millage for it and its for 30000 miles. Why was it not recommended then? when its already due, when I still had my maintenance warranty. Now i had to pay out of pocket for it. Also the service repair dine is for recurrent issues, services not done right cause i have to bring the car for the same service multiple tinies.
