Asked to Review by AutoNation BMW Valencia AutoNation sent me 3 emails asking me to review my purchase, so I'm doing it. Having confirmed our purchase details and scheduled an appointment to pick up the car, the purchase process took THREE hours. I own a Tesla Model S and completed the online purchase AND the pick-up/paperwork in a TOTAL of 20 minutes combined. Truck purchase Very poor service. Purchase was made Aug 10th and I have yet to receive a copy of any paperwork relating to transaction

Terrible Experience! My wife found a 2016 BMW X5 35d VIN# 5UXKS4C55G0N14789 listed on Valencia BMW and AutoNation websites for $39,408. We contacted Valencia BMW and reserved the vehicle due to the fact that vehicle was not ready for immediate delivery. After fw days, I was contacted by the sales person named Jim to let me know that the vehicle is ready for delivery. Once you buy they stop Caring about you. I wish I could give it 0 stara for how I've been treated here. They act nice and courteous when im there ready to buy , but as soon as I left I soon realized I was just another number and they could care less about what happens to me or my car. I was always skeptical of AutoNation but decided to give it a try, especially with their support in Breast Cancer. One of my friends who had Breast Cancer reccomended them. Predatory Body Shop Partners The quick summary - I believed I could trust BMW and this trust was passed to the body shop the dealer sent my car for repair. BIG MISTAKE. I was sold a used car with undisclosed damage! I was looking for my first car, and saw a well-priced Mazda3 listed online for Valencia BMW. The car looked great when I first saw it and drove it, but when I took it to my mechanic, it turned out the car had significant($$$$) damage underneath it, AND the rear brakes were very worn down! This damage to the car was NOT disclosed to me prior to purchasing, which is extremely shady! Thankfully I was able to return the car in time to get my money back. BAD, BAD, BAD , Mazen Gharzeddine lied to my face , quoted wrongly , made me drive there for one hour and soon is i got there the price changed and now also suddenly they lost all the discount programs, just in 1 hour before i got there. . i am very disappointed with the way they handle me. Valencia BMW Service dept. The service representative advised me that they had no record of my car being serviced there, despite the fact that I produced 2 paid invoices and they had my information on file. I went in for 2 issues, one they over-charged for and the other they couldn't determine the cause for. I will not be returning to this dealership - I'll go back to Bob Smith BMW.
