Service Questionable Went in for free summer multi-point check. Noted I needed a new battery that they had replaced 6 months ago. I asked them if battery is covered under warranty. The advisor said she doesn’t know if the service tech pulled a random list of things the car needs or if the battery in fact needed a replahcement. Left without them doing any work. Rude rude Drove for three hours to look at their M5 BMW. Then they told me I had to fill out Financials I said no. Then they came running after me and told me I don’t have to give them my financials. I’m going to another dealer and ordering a car. I have never been treated so poorly buying a car in my life I’m 66 years old.

worst experience ever DO NOT COME HERE by far the worst dealership I have ever been to, I purchased a car and had paperwork generated. After 5 1/2 hours I was congratulated and told the car would be ready for tomorrow due the fact it was raining and they could not detail the car. I went in the dealer this morning to pick up my car, the sales manager told me he could not give me the car anymore even though I had a contract generated already, the car was sold to another party. Average I expected a much better customer service from a service advisor in a BMW dealer
No customer service in the "service" department My fiancé had an oil change appointment at 9:30 a.m. for her 2016 X3. She is still waiting for it to be completed at 2:00 p.m. She was then asked if she could just pick it up tomorrow. I tried to share my concerns about the delay, but was told the Service Manager, Andy Cicero, took the day off. Kind of unfortunate, considering how poorly the place is being run. We won't be back.
BAD SERVICE I had to bring my vehicle in for two recalls. I called and ordered the part and after 2+ weeks called to see if it's in. It was there waiting for me with my VIN# on it, so I made an apt to have both done. When I got there they informed me I had to "order the part" but they could do the other recall. So my part that was ordered and there, they must have given away to another person so now I have to go down there AGAIN after another 2+ weeks waiting for another part. My Experience At BMW Valencia Love the car, but customer experience was horrible. The so called manager was nice but very unprofessional
Service Survey Service Advisor was wonderful. However, there is a smell of a burning metal coming from the rear tires area and needs to be checked immediately. I called Valencia BMW several times but they will not pick the phone.
Service We've never had a problem with this facility but this last time was not good. We arrived without an appointment to get our tires checked out. The girl at the counter told us she's get a service manage and should only be 10 minutes. While waiting we kept seeing service managers who were not tied up with other customer, walking back and forth in front of us.
