Robert Rowlands Took my 428 for a wheel alignment, My car just had window protection installed and it could not be touched for a few more days. Bob made sure that it was not touched during the service. he even took he car through the wash him self to make sure it was not touched. I greatly appreciate that amount of care.

Terrible Dishonest salesman and sales manager. Car was misrepresented, key fob did not work. Cost me over 1000$ to make things right with the car that the dealer should be responsible for.
bad service I had took my 2007 335i sedan for a oil pan gasket change and once. Once I had picked it up from the dealership I had only drove 13 miles and I started to smell oil. I thought they had spilled a little bit on the side when they were putting oil in the motor. Then I had seen a little puddle of oil on my drive way so I jacked up the car and seen that the oil pan gasket wasn't put on right. Excellence in service The sales person Sergik was very attentive to our needs and interest in regards to the vehicle we were thinking if buying .. He was whining and did not ever make us feel pressured or rushed .. He answered all our questions and concerns .

Great Service, No Haggle, Simple Transaction I bought my 2016 BMW M3 practically over text messages with Valencia. This was basically after my local BMW dealer wanted to charge me $20,000 over invoice for the same exact car. Rine Sanchez was extremely responsive and we did an extremely clean transaction. No haggling, no trickery. I would buy from them again and again.
Easy Way to Buy a Car I negotiated and purchased my car over the phone. All the financing details were handled via email and my car was delivered to my house. What a great way to buy a car!

Used Bmw M Typical used car salesman. They will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale. I made the big mistake of actually trusting the guy when he was telling me the history of the car. Yes they did tell me that the car had to have the door and quarter panel repainted. But they said it was because the car was "just scratched and keyed".
