Valencia BMW Internet Sales Sales, internet sales and finance departments I give 5 stars. Service department needs some serious work on returning phone calls so I have to give 2 stars in that category. Over the past 6 months I've left messages that were never returned. I have a friend who experienced the same thing. I also brought my car in for service on a few items. BMW M5 Online Purchase So far my salesman, Keanush? has been well under par. I called this morning to inquire on an online listing. Explained that I would be mailing a check or wire the money, their choice, if I decide to purchase the car. Keanush said he would get cost for shipping as I'm out of state and call me back. I did miss his first call 2hrs later. When I called him back, he said give me 20 minutes and I'll call you back. No problem….but it took another 2hrs. Used 335i Standard car buying experience, not impressed with finance manager. He allowed another customer to walk into the office we were in and interrupt our deal. He began helping him WHILE I was sitting at his desk...After 15 minutes I had to intervene and mentioned that it was incredibly rude. I asked if there was another associate that could help him out. Service experience My car was brought back to me and the roof was not washed, just the rest of the car. The loaner car had crumbled papers from the previous customer and was dirty inside.

Repair My service advisor was very kind. I had to ask him to look at my exstended warranty to see if I had to pay for a new tire which I did not have to. Also, when my car was there I had forgotten to tell my adivisor I needed oil in my car but I figured that they would know by the light. when I got imy car my back and started driving home The light came on that indicated I needed oil. I would have gone back but I live 50miles away so I had to find a place to put it in.

Valencia BMW service waited 40 min to see advisor. Appointment was scheduled before. Repair took longer than usual, but at least I had a loaner. Very slow service. Advisor was great. But overall, a lot of time wasted.

Service Department & Cashier are Great My ratings are based on the Service Department and Cashier only. Service Department is great. Chris Rawlins was my advisor for the second time and he is very pleasant and professional both times. Melissa (?) at the cashier's desk is very upbeat and helps make the experience a very positive one. Parts Department is a different story. Just OK, would shop elsewhere next time Took hours to get the deal done and was underwhelmed by the facilities and new car prep (car was messy inside). Three weeks later and I still don't have the other key or the manuals! Poor customer service.
