Oil change and recall Went in for an early oil change on my X5 N63 cause I had a coupon. Laszlo also mentioned there was a recall with the drive shaft that was available to fix. I agreed and took a shuttle to the gym. Everything was done within 1.5 hrs and the shuttle picked me up from the gym in a breeze. Service and pricing was great!

BMW Fairfax Service Departmenty - Awesome! I have leased my BMW 535 since 2015 and this was my 1st BMW and the service department has provided excellent service. I have a service advisor and he has been extremely friendly, customer focus, provide excellent feedback and available to answer my questions. Servicing of BMW X5 The whole process from booking an appointment on line to diagnosis of the problem and being kept updated on the repair process by the service advisor, miss Frankie Johnson was very satisfactory. The car was ready when it was promised.
