Ryan is always helpful and goes the extra mile to provide service. I am not sure replacing my wiper blades for over $75 was money well spent. However, I always get a car to drive and Ryan explains the service process. He even provides assistance with my technology.
Overall the experience was one of communication, and good service. The follow up calls and information was professional.

This has been an amazing experience. Kayla Diaz was hands down the best Service Advisor I've had since owning my X3. I recently had a bad service experience at the SF BMW dealership from a recent recall on my X3, the Service Advisor seemed to be overwhelmed.
