He is the reason we keep coming back to BMW...now that our three year warranty has expired...BMW is more expensive but Ryan makes it worth it. Ellen Spence Our dealership/service shop in Burlingame, CA always gave us a free rental car. When you are spending $500+ on a service, a free rental should be provided.
