Kennedy was considerate, patient and understanding. We weren’t certain as to what we wanted and test drove 4 or 5 vehicles, looked at a bunch more and asked a million questions. Kennedy was courteous and professional. The management team was understanding concerning our want to look at other dealerships and models. We ended up back within two hours later and worked out the purchase.
