My service adviser Katelyn was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and efficient. The excellent service at BMW of Tucson is one of the many reasons I continue to choose BMW.
It took a couple of tries to find the right salesperson but once we sat down with Anthony Powers everything went smoothly. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and spent plenty of time with us explaining our options. We never felt pressured. I would give 5 stars but the original sales rep. we worked was less than customer friendly to the point of almost being insulting.
They treat customers with courtesy and respect. Tyson was very thorough and provided me with the information needed.
Very polite and professional at all steps of my interaction. Excellent communication. All questions answered thoroughly - even if it meant outside of my appointment time. I got a follow up response by Tyson to a concern that went above and beyond. Impressive customer service. Love the video review of my vehicle as well. Certainly a perspective I have never had otherwise.
