Customer service and the car's service were tremendous! Prompt and courteous employees at the desk and the video overview of the vehicle.
I find the BMW of Tucson an excellent place to take my X3 for all the services. Their customer service is perfect. From the moment I drive in for my car appointment I feel welcome. This last visit Humberto Sáldate was my Service advisor. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. They have a nice lobby with courtesy beverages, nice televisions and very comfortable sofas to make the wait pleasant. They do a multi inspection on the car which makes me feel safe driving my car. Thank you for a great service.
After my experience with the BMW Service Section in Hawaii, I was skeptical on the quality I would receive. However Katelyn was professional and answered every question I had for her. I am very pleased with the service I received and look forward to my next visit back.
The service center is great but it’s a dealership so it’s pricier than my local BMW mechanic

We've bought several cars from this dealership and always had a good experience. Juan Carlos was no exception. He was helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Tim in finance was low key and explained everything well. The used car manager was also very helpful, too helpful really, as I ended up buying the car. LOL! Overall, a nice experience. We would definitely recommend BMW of Tucson to friends.
