We have been going to this dealership for service for almost 10 years. They have consistently hit mark on friendly, timely, and reasonable service. My current advisor, Katelyn, who we have been seeing for at least 5 years excels at making you feeling comfortable, it feels more like a visit to the coffee shop than an unfortunate trip to the doctors office. Additionally, we love how you only have to deal with one person I the service department. She is the primary reason we keep coming to BMW of Tucson.

Service was fine and the advisor was friendly and courteous. As far as the bmw sales experience go somewhere else. All they do is screw you out of every penny of your trade even if you have a written cash offer from carmax.
