Our “run flat” tire bubbled on the sidewall during a road trip. We were towed to the nearest BMW dealership; BMW of Tucson was a pleasant experience. They fit us in, kept us informed and the service manager, Barbara, was a real pleasure to work with! We intend to use them for future services and to purchase our next BMW!

I have never received anything but outstanding service and respect at BMW of Tucson. In particular, Jayme Larson takes care to see that everything I need regarding my vehicle is addressed. She treats me like family. Everyone who works there are friendly, kind, and accommodating. Their work is superb and when I get my car back it is clean and shiny because it gets washed and dried.

Exceptional service was provided to me by Tyson when I got three of my tires damaged due to a pothole. He was able to get me a loaner and took care of my tires.

Service technician Katlin is a jem who looks out for us as if she were family being very customer oriented. Out loaner was a nearly new 5 series. Did I mention the free ice cream?
