I had a dead battery and Jayme Larson took care of the problem quickly . Within an hour ,someone came to my house and jump started the battery . I drove to the dealer and she gave me a loaner car.
Terrible Customer Service. They Damaged my vehicle and refused to fix it. Be careful using this dealership for servicing. Their management is mediocre and not a proper representation of the usual standard of BMW.
I have been going to this dealership for many years, with several cars. A few years ago I bought my most recent car from them and soon after my service manager changed to Katelyn. My service experiences were never bad, but improved greatly once she took over. She is always super helpful and accommodating. I have thought before of trading y car in for something else but Katelyn and her attitude is what keeps me with BMW.

I had an oil change and drive belt replacement. The service was awesome! Tyson is very kind.
My husband and I have been customers with BMW Tucson since we became the proud owners of our 2013 BMW 128i about 2015. We have never received anything but A+ service and the staff treat us like VIPs.
