Set up and appointment. The dealership was punctual and accommodating. Explained the service, estimated time and led me to the well maintained and stocked waiting room. Tyson, my service provider, was easy going, knowledgeable and patient. All in all, the experience was great. Thanks BMW.

Check in was prompt and covered the services to be performed. Car was ready as estimated. Waiting room is pleasant with coffee and water. Transportation provided to near by restaurants and stores if requested.
Excellent service. Just had vehicle in for coolant leak. Found and fixed the same morning (radiator cap wouldn't hold pressure) at no charge. Also had extensive service done 45 days ago to repair oil and a/c evaporator leaks and replace front strut bushings. I've been very satisfied with my experience at this dealership.

Being new to Tucson, I was happy that my experience at BMW Tucson was everything I expected from a BMW dealership -- easy to make an appt, timely reminders, friendly staff, excellent service. But the key to my whole experience was my service rep, Tyson, who answered my endless questions with his endless good humor and efficiency.
The work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. I did think the cost for the repairs was high for basically an oil change.
The dealership is big, clean with a good staff that take care of you right,and if you don’t have a car to pick you they give you a ride home and pick you you great service
