Purchased 2019 BMW X1 Staff was phenomenal and no complaints about customer service. However, I purchased a CPO vehicle and the interior was dirty! Lint on the floor, crud under the buttons and infotainment knob, crumbs in the cup holders, crud between the seems of the leather chairs, snow/water stains on the inside doors, and I found stains that cannot be easily removed on the leather as well. maintenance Too expensive, also it says a safety inspection was included, I dont think so, as I had mentioned to the service advisor that I had over-inflated tires, when I picked up my vehicle, tires were still over inflated, which makes me think what else didnt they do that I was charged for ? parts amounted to 501.31 labor 1377.23 !! too much. sorry I will have to find a more reasonable service center.

customer The service man that waited on me was rude and unconcerned about my time. I brought my BMW X3 in at 8:00 am on Friday 11/22/19, The Westmount Office. I went back to inquiry about my car around 10:00 am. The service man told me that he would come to me in 5 minutes. After about 30 more minutes I had to go to him again and ask about my car. I wanted him to explain the nature of the recall but he was very brief as if i was bothering him with my question. He was very unprofessional.

Awful Experience from a Long Time Customer I unfortunately have had a terrible experience with my latest BMW. My family and I have have purchased two 740Li's, 1 750Li and a 535i (3 from Laurel BMW). The 750 has been a disaster. I paid $90K for it, invested $35K in repairs, had it in the shop for no less than 20 times and have had loaner cars sometimes for several weeks while major repairs were done. horrible service I purchased a car from this dealer 6 months ago. My initial experience was reasonable - the salesman over-promised on their ability to fix some aesthetic issues on the car, and the dealer made me drive there and back from out of state 3 times just to get the car, but overall I was pleased. Chris, the salesman, was very nice to deal with. About a month later, I got a receipt from the DMV that showed the price for tax/title/registration. Worst customer service! Purchased two new BMWs over the past five years, and yesterday when I took my girlfriends BMW 328xi for a car wash I was refused. Being approached immediately by a lady and questioned " Did you purchase your car here, did you service it here" ... after being questioned I was told to drop the keys to the cashier and same thing, very hostile! Didn’t fix the problem Brought the car in because convertible top would randomly lower. Charged $1000 for repairs that did not fix the problem on two attempts. I begged the to look at the driver side door lock actuator but the told me it was not the problem. Problem never fixed, no refund or consideration. Was told if they changed the door lock that I would pay for that too. Brought the car to local mechanic who said the door lock actuator was the problem and it was fixed on the attempt. Account Executive They sold me a car that had mouse feces and urine , some of my wires were chewed! When I called the dealer , they did nothing! . I had to have my car deodorized 2 times to get rid of the smell which they covered with an awful spray . Just Saturday I picked up a loaner car so they could service my car, the windows were so dirty someone wrote on them to clean!
