Air bag recall Pleasant. They could have another solution for car washing while they are under construction for over a year. It was a selling point.

BMW5 service I asked them to email me with things that need to be repaired or are over due. Never received an email. The service rep never reached out to me. They advertised a free 1st aid kit if we come to their location, however when we arrived nobody knew what we were talking about. For a luxury dealership this place feels very cold and unwelcoming. Poor Post Sale Service When I purchased the vehicle to help encourage the sale I was told about the lifetime free car washes. I relied on this information (and cost savings) in making my decision to purchase the vehicle. I was told by the general manager today that they no longer offer free car washes to existing customers. The GM acknowledged that he knew they offered free car washes at the time of sale but it was his decision not to continue to offer this service. X5 owner Was told 2 factory recall updates would take 2 hours (9am to 11am) At 2 hours and thirty minutes (11:30am) I told cashier that I needed a loaner car in order to make a Noon appointment. They said my car would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. At 11:55am I demanded a loaner car. They then said that my car had been waiting in line for a car wash. I missed my Noon appointment! Disappointed customer I own a 2000 BMW Sport Wagon. The car is older and I had a service engine soon light on. When I brought the car in I said I was bringing the car in find out everything that was wrong with it and if it was worth fixing. I was told that I had a bad alternator, bad sensor and pressure hose. He also said I had a bad ABS module that I did not care to fix, to expensive. The rest I did for 1800.00 dollars. not a happy customer Make a long story short I bought a car that was supposed to be accident-free drove over four and a half hours end up buying the car look it over as best as I could because was getting dark and up end up buying the car get home the next day to look it over and find out the whole car was paint when talking to the used car manager he didn't want to do nothing about it so now I'm writing this review I bought a Lexus 460 LS l lwb I would not recommend this dealer

Feedback on Service After picking up my car last Thursday, I realized that a question I had asked was not answered, so when I got the follow-up e-mail from the service rep the same day, I immediately responded with that same question. I still have not received any answer as of 11:30 the following Monday even though I have gotten two e-mails asking me to rate the service. I had another unfortunate experience in February with the service department. While my vehicle was under warranty, the service was excellent.

Bad service I have problems with doors lock and I go to repair thay do 2 pothole in my door bad bad service thay don't know how need to repair cars.. Saler and manager so unprofessional thay give you high price and speek with you like stupid never help you thay won't just sale car and after say good bye
