Nope. This is the crappiest BMW dealership that I have the displeasure of working with. Rude, obnoxious disrespectful.

Slow responses led the car I wanted being sold Worked with the team via email and was extremely interested in a car for my son. While attempting to put money down on it (after all the credit approval was completed), someone came in and the staff gave them the keys for a test drive and that person ended up putting money down on the car. The email responses were slower than a DMV on a Friday. I was working on getting the stuff finalized on this car for 2 days. Seized water pump On my 335xi 2010 BMW I had a scary experience when the Accelerator of my car stopped working while I was on the highway. I would hope that BMW leadership Would note that there should be some time allowed for a drive her to get hurt his car off the highway, before the vehicle goes into limp mode. I was lucky I was in the right-hand lane when this happened and could get my car into a small space where the road I was on allowed you to turn off to another highway. Extremely long wait times My experience was horrible. I had a scheduled appointment to have my oil changed. I arrived on time and they immediately took my vehicle. I waited for two and a half hours for this service to be completed. I was extremely disappointed and even though I purchased my vehicle from this dealership I will not return there for service ever again. In the meantime I waited so long that I inquired about the status of my work instead of them being courteous enough to approach me about the delay.

rodney nordstrom overall a good experience but while at dealership paperwork delay was almost one hour, too long.

New car delivered with defective windshield Defective windshield, brand new car dealer fixed but car was filthy inside when picked up, dust in all vents smells like glue, ruins the new car experience. Would think they would have detailed car after this work since it is brand new

Customer service Purchased my pre-owned certified X5 at Laurel BMW last October. Discovered a rolling noise inside the housing where the gearshift is. The service manager told me it would cost $340.00 labor to remove housing? Not my problem that there is something rolling around in housing. Terrible customer service.
