Purchase of Used Car Must give a shout out to the buying process I have encountered in general. In particular, Manty was of tremendous help to making all aspects of the sale as smooth as possible. Not happy I order full detailing service. When i pick up my car i saw dirty windows , all vent not clean at all dirty navigation screen dirty instrument cluster . I spend over $200 for that service not recomended
Hard to make service apt and unneeded service It took me 5 calls to the dealership to get an appointment. I was put on hold each time for 15 minutes. I called and left a message with the general manager (he did not answer) and he never called me back. I believe that I was given services that I did not need.
Excellent Service The service was excellent and my contact person (Aaron) advocated for my repairs with BMW to minimize the final cost.

Don't go there I visited Laurel BMW for the first time in several years as I inherited a BMW X3. The time it took to drop off my car was incredible -- probably 40 minutes of sitting in the service person's office. Then when I noticed that the speakers no longer worked after they repaired the issues I had with the windows and the mirrors, I brought the car back to see if they could take a look at the speakers, only to be told that it wasn't their problem. 2011 Ford Explorer LTD FWD The touch ups if done by the seller versus the owner were not so hot. pin stripes are messed up, paint is thick on one spot. whatever carpet cleaner was used really smells strong . am having hard time getting rid of the smell. we committed on Wed. to pick it up on Saturday and the carpet was still wet. detailing was not completed yet.
Very Rude and Very Poor customer service I called into ask about a 2005 BMW X3, i was looking to trade in an 2006 325I Fully loaded. The car sales man started being very rude cause my car didnt have NAV. I explain to him nav was not an option on a 325i that year with that car however you could get it in the 330I that year. Impressive car but..... The certified pre-owned Acura that I was interested in was backed up in its parking space when I arrived at Laurel on a very cold and windy January day. Rich R was warm, courteous and knowledgeable. However, I wish he went an extra mile to check every aspect of the car. I know, as a consumer, I should have been more vigilant in inspecting the car. Poor Service Department If you wish to be treated poorly by an uneducated service staff, this is the dealer for you. I have a 328i convertible that was chewing up my rear tiles. I took my car to this dealership over an 18 month period and they could not fix the problem. At one point I was told by the service department that they were able to confirm that my rear tires were wearing out faster than my front tires, with the right rear wearing out faster than the left.
