"Went in on a BMW recall" My service writer Keon Tobin was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He sent me a video of my car being inspected by the mechanic who was very thorough in the inspection. He made recommendations for maintenance based on what he saw. I also received written information on everything the mechanic said. Keon sent me both email and text messages. I felt very safe as all employees were following Covid-19 recommendations. My car was returned to me clean and spotless inside Super customer service.
