I have lease vehicles for many years and just recently i have been expeirencing great customer service. No longer just a purchase of a new vehicle and see you later. Now its purchase a BMW and get a personal "Genius" for any techy questions!!!! Usually in my years with BMW I would never use the display or how to use the navi. Daniel Saldano was very professional and helpful. My car was experiencing problems and these were corrected on time at the agreed price. I always call Daniel for help with my car.

Arthur Szeto is a Superstar! He is so knowledgeable when it comes to all the cars. I had so many questions about my 530e and he answered them all!! He is 5 Star all the way!

Great experience. Victoria and Arthur were very helpful and made it easy to get the x2 I wanted. I never felt pressured into anything.
