I have lease vehicles for many years and just recently i have been expeirencing great customer service. No longer just a purchase of a new vehicle and see you later. Now its purchase a BMW and get a personal "Genius" for any techy questions!!!! Usually in my years with BMW I would never use the display or how to use the navi.
