"Service drop off " My vehicle was leaking oil and it is still under warranty. Not only the vehicle was fix at no cost, but it was washed too. Not to mention how good Lina was checking in my vehicle and keeping me inform throughout the process while they kept my car. It was also fixed on a speedy manner which I was not expecting. Thank you McKenna for excedeeding any of my expectations.

"No Pressure Purchase" Everyone was very polite and helpful. Farley Granger made us a good deal. Arthur Szeto was pleasant. I would recommend to friends & go back to this dealer again.

Arthur sent me a text message about inviting my daughter in law and I to come back and go over my car. It was a good decision after all! We both learned a lot and he is very intelligent.
I don't even know how to start.. Daniel, the genius was great! He helped me out in deciding what car i should get, he took his time in explaining everything and didn't guide me to a car i didn't want, he let me pick the car i was most comfortable with! The rest of the sale was smooth and right in my price range. I am extremely happy with my new BMW!!! Thank you McKenna BMW for your great employee's customer service !
