RecommendedWe recently bought our third BMW from East Bay BMW. Thank you Mike for the excellent customer service. It was a pleasure working with you. We were sold on Easy Bay BMW years ago after a service issue. Our sunroof had an intermittent electrical problem. It ended being the lift kit but they burned out the sunroof motor (and replaced both under warranty) because it took so many tries to find the problem (and fix it).
Excellent service as usual!! This is my 5th BMW, and East Bay are the only ones to service/repair any of them!! I highly recommend them!
