Pleasant buying experience here in East Bay Bmw. We started with a friendly and helpful associate Jesus Martinez. He walked us through everything. Fast and efficient from finance representative associate. We usually hate waiting and this place did not make us wait long. We know what we want and they listened. As a person who’s not that techy. Jesus took his time showing me how the car works technically set up the app. Thank you everyone for your help. We appreciate it.

Took delivery of my 2021 X5 M50i a few days ago and I’m very impressed. I worked with Daniel who was superb. From choosing my custom build all the way to delivery, Daniel kept me informed, got me excited and made the process really enjoyable. It took 5 weeks from me approving the build, to have the car built and delivered, which I thought was remarkably quick. Daniel has followed up with me post sale which was a really nice touch, I’m very happy with the experience.
