We just purchased 2022 X3 xDrive 30i. Initially, we reached out to Kim Reid via. email and she was so responsive and answered many of our questions. On December 27th, 2021, we visited the Chapman BMW on Camelback and met with Kim Reid. She was so attentive and wonderful to work with. She helped us to find a finance option that permitted us to purchase the new 2022 versus financing an older, certified pre-owned 2018. Would definitely do business with them again, as well as work with Kim Reid.
Steve was a pleasure to work with and remained diligent with communication throughout the process. We were in contact for almost a year leading up to the arrival of my G80 M3, and I appreciated Steve's support as we worked to get the order all dialed in.
I made a call to the Sales manager Tom W. at about 9am and was out of the dealership with the new car I had inquired about by later that same afternoon. An absolutely fantastic experience. Tom was direct and fair with the negotiations. Ray, the sales rep who assisted was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
