"Great service by Caleb!" Caleb came to our house for the Encore Delivery service. He explained everything in an understandable way and didn't leave until he was confident we knew how to operate all the features of our vehicle. All the service we have received from Chapman BMW has been excellent. The location is not convenient for us however the drive is worth it.

"Best Service and Great People" One reason why I buy a BMW is because of the wonderful service I always get at Chapman BMW On Camelback. The service staff (Aaron Baez, especially) and the technicians are great. I love the reports they send out detailing what they found and what needs near- or longer-term attention. On my most recent visit, I dropped in without calling ahead, and the team jumped on my problem to see if it was a major or minor issue. "Thank you for taking time out of your day to let me test..." Thank you for taking time out of your day to let me test drive two BMWs. Kim was nice, easy to work with and was able to settle upon a good deal. She was able to get me out of my old car and into a new 5 series quickly :)

"Outstanding Customer Service" Recently purchased a brand new 2020 BMW that was delivered through Chapman. Lots of stuff to learn with all the new electronics., A member of the Genius team, Caleb Spurlin (Caleb) came to our house to make sure all of the settings on our car were to our liking and give us instructions on how to work everything., Caleb did an OUTSTANDING job in going over everything on the vehicle. "Brought suv x3 " I had written a very negative review, however, the sales manger contacted me and from that moment on every thing went smoothly. They even delivered the car to my home with a very nice and knowledgeable young man who spent a great deal of time going over the car with me. So, as they say, all well that ends well.
