"Steve Murphy, Chapman BMW, my new 2109 Z4" Steve was pleasant; non-aggressive; and followed up promptly. All I could ever ask for in a car buying experience. The process from shopping via driving away with a new car was seamless and with zero stress! I would like to request a detailing though. The car being a black one needs a refresh in a few areas of the body. The vents had dust in them. A fresh shine is the right thing to have with a brand new car - especially a black one.

"Excellent!" I just purchased my 5 series from Camelback BMW Certified Sales. Excellent service from the friendly and very courteous staff!! Michael Campagna in Certified Sales was really awesome!! Michael's manager JC Chokrach was great, very professional and very upfront and I felt very comfortable with the deal. I highly recommend them to anyone and I myself will buy another car from them in the future.
