"A HUGE THANK YOU TO CHAPMAN BMW on CAMELBACK..." Last week I took my 2017 BMW 330i to a West Valley Dealership for it's 25K mile service. I also wanted them to look into what was causing a strange engine noise and rough idle during morning start up. Of course the engine was warm from driving down from Prescott so after completing the 25k service they said they could not find any issues and sent me on my way. "Out of State BMW 435i purchase" I should have written this review a few years ago but was reminded when Steve Zucker called me to check on how I'm liking my BMW since I purchased it 3 years ago. I live in San Diego but Steve made the process easy. It was quick negotiation and I booked a flight and he personally picked me up from the airport later that day to purchase the vehicle. It was ready to go as promised and I was in and out of the dealer quickly. Great experience and I would purchase from them again

"Amazing experience buying a car with BMW Chapman on..." Amazing experience buying a car with BMW Chapman on Camelback! Bought my dream car and had a nice road trip going home. Mimi Khaivilay picked me and my son at the airport where we flew in the morning from Colorado. She drove us back to the dealership where we spent only an hour. They made us feel like family. "BEST Salesperson ever!!!" I'd like to give kudos to Kim Reid, the BWM Internet Manager at Chapman BMW. Originally, I needed help securing a specific car for an Arizona client while I was working from California. Other dealerships wouldn't give me the time of day. Not only did Kim respond to my call, she went out of her way to find and transport a loaded model from the previous year saving us a few thousand dollars. "Two huge thumbs up to Caleb Spurlin, the BMW “genius”..." Two huge thumbs up to Caleb Spurlin, the BMW “genius” the helped deliver my car. I purchased a used car, from a frequent buyer at their store. They were under no obligation to get me settled into the car, but stepped up without issue.
