Did not assist in my vehicle being covered under Warranty, and tried to charge me $3,500. I ended up leaving there and going to Chapman. Mitch was my service tech and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted in getting the issue resolved and understanding that it should be covered under Warranty once he dug into it further.
