"Excellent Car Buying Experience" Kin Reid provided Excellent customer service and was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing my X5, even though I lived in another state. Even sent me short videos of my vehicle I purchased which added a great touch to her salemanship!

"A++++ Service!" As always, EXCELLENT customer service. I brought my car in on Saturday, due to an unexpected issue. I was greeted promptly and courteously by Aaron and Doug. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. The communication from the Chapman team was clear, and my expectations were exceeded. This level of customer service is the norm here, and I appreciate the level of customer service I receive EVERY time. A++++ service.

"Friendly and Helpful" Sammy DeStefano is great. He was very helpful in helping me figure out the best way forward in my new car. It is hard to know whether it is better to buy a used car or lease or purchase a new car. He was up front with all available incentives and explained all options.

"Great Service by Steve Murphy " Went to Chapmen BMW to buy a 2017 X3. Worked with Steve Murphy who explained the difference between 17 and 19 models. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. "Great Buying Experience" I worked with Joe Lena and he was very helpful and patient with me. I had him looking all over for the 4 Series Convertible I wanted. Never once did he complain or try to dissuade me from what I was looking for. After all I put him through, I finally ended up purchasing one that was at the dealership. Really love my new 431i convertible. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW.
