"Didn’t feel like a salesperson " Stan was knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and honest. He was upfront and very honest which we really appreciated. It felt like we were buying a car from a friend more than from a salesperson. Even after the purchase was finalized, he walked us through all the controls and made us feel very comfortable driving away in our new BMW. Everyone here was wonderful. Overall, a great experience, resulting in the nicest car I’ve ever purchased. Thanks guys!

"Great Car Buying Experience " Our experience at Chapman was nothing short of excellent! "Sammy is your guy!" Traded in my first BMW for another used 3 series. Sammy was amazing and responsive--not to mention a lot of fun! I don't usually laugh my head off buying a car, but Sammy and others made it a great experience.

" Very nice and very low pressure" Steve was very patient with us and our very many questions. We enjoyed dealing with him. We had an opportunity to buy from another r dealership at a similar price, make and model, but we liked Steve's so much approach we gave him the business. We were very impressed with him, particularly since we were customers who just showed up one day to talk about your product. He created and maintained a long term relationship with us. Thanks, Steve! "Great customer service " We bought a used car from the Chapman BMW value center which developed major mechanical problems less than 24 hours later. We spoke with Robert Mills, who graciously took the car back without argument and canceled the sale. We could easily have been stuck with huge repair costs, since the deal had been finalized. We hope to purchase our next vehicle from Chapman BMW. We are grateful for the integrity of this dealership and highly recommend them.
