"Great Service!" I'm a long-time customer of Chapman, and was just assigned a new service advisor (Aaron Baez) when my former advisor (Joe Helms) retired. Aaron provided me with a loaner, kept me informed as to the progress of my service, and did a great job addressing my X5's service needs. I travel with my BMW X5 cross-country every year, and have visited other BMW dealers when I had to for servicing. Chapman and its employees are by far the best team I have dealt with.

"wonderful experience" Steve was a pleasure to work with, much better than the other BMW dealers in town, and he worked hard to get me the deal that I wanted. Chapman was a great experience and they give great deals. I should know as I've purchased/leased alot of different luxury cars, my last being Audi. Took alot to get me back from Audi to BMW but they did it!

"Buy From Tate!" Just a shout out to Tate in Certified Per-Owned. We communicated before I came down and he had the perfect BMW 5 Series ready for me. He is a super BMW resource but also knows so much about the other brands and spoke open and I believe honestly comparing BMW to the competition. "Smooth Transaction" I did a trade in & placed an order for 2020 BMW X3 M40i & I think the trade in price was fair also the sales price on the BMW was fair, placed order & was notified 3 weeks later my car was in & did the transaction quickly & I'm very satisfied , I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone over to Chapman BMW on Camelback , everything was completed very professionally.
