"Professionalism all the way" Just wanted to say my recent service experience was outstanding thanks to service advisor Austin Phipps. My car was in for minor issue for few days , I was updated everyday with my car status. I am extremely satisfied and happy with this dealership highly recommend it !!! "Special support" Caleb Spurlin did a great job of explaining the capabilities of the X5 technology on the day of purchase. He then did a follow up at my home when I had more questions. Terrific young man and extremely knowledgeable. Also, knows how to communicate effectively with the non techie individual.

"Josh and Mimi were fantastic! " I started working with Mimi at the value center, but due to scheduling conflicts, Josh completed the deal. This impressed me because rather than being focused on getting the credit for the sale, Mimi was more concerned that I got the assistance I needed when I needed it. And Josh was great!
