We are long term BMW customers and have worked with dealerships in two other states. Chapman BMW is among the best we have worked with. From sales to service-exceptional. Always respectful, pleasant, professional. The individuals all have such pride in being a part of Chapman and that pride is reflected in the work ethic. I worked with this dealership since I've been back to Phoenix. They provided service to my prior car and I always had a great experience so I went back to shop for my new car. The team was nice and helpful. Craig worked with my family to drive the cars and discus what I liked/didn't like/need in a car. I've always known what kind of car I wanted. I stumbled upon Chapman BMW through Carfax.com, and I saw my dream car, with every spec that I wanted! I immediately knew I had to get it, AND FAST. Though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle through Chapman BMW, Sammy was very helpful with providing information to help make car shopping less stressful. I appreciated his knowledge and willingness to help even after knowing I hadn't found what I was looking for at Chapman. Great customer service and very polite. Not pushy and do not over sell the product. Willing to take the time to explain and give distance when needed. I have purchased five cars from Chapman BMW and if still living in Phoenix, I probably will buy from them again.

After over 6 months of searching for a 135i, finally found one at Chapman BMW on Camelback off Autotrader. I was referred to Elliott and was not disappointed one bit. We essentially made the deal over email, as he was considerate of my time.
