Craig Rusin is by far the most knowledgeable, patient & compassionate salesperson I have worked with. This is the 3rd BMW I've had built to order, 1st w/ Craig & Chapman on Camelback. I would definitely use Craig again. He was totally on top of things & informed me of each step of the build. I was at the dealership when the truck carrying my car arrived, which was quite special.
