Service Visit - 11.10.22 I had an appointment for a state inspection. Service adviser was great. Wait time was minimal. Waiting lounge could use a lot of improvement. It was cramped and noisy - in between the showroom, store and service adviser desks. Coffee, water and pastries was provided. Wifi and TV. Interestingly, I brought my other car to Sewell Lexus across the street for same inspection the day before. They offered a loaner! - which I did not take. So Profesional BMW Dallas is always professional as can be from the moment you drive up in the service bay.
