Poor customer service Technician didn?t show up to repair appointment on time and was over an hour late. We had to reschedule. Very inconvenient when you run a family with a tight schedule. They even got the name spelled wrong to a totally different name.

750I annual check up and recall check Good to see clean waiting area. I had to wait for 3 hrs. It takes more than 45 minutes to get home. That's why I did not loan a car.

Service Dept. The service advisor quoted a price for the repairs, before the diagnostic test were performed. The repairs were completed the next day, because by the time they completed the diagnostic tests, my warranty company was closed. In the past, my service advisor would inform me of repairs that may be needed. I was not at this visit, so when I looked at my invoice, I had to figure it out myself. Personal experience Sales department are awesome but the Finance department was xxxx . Will Not Work With the Same Rep Again My service rep was Butch Condon, who needs training to improve his customer service. 1. Butch was chatting with a colleague while I was in front of him. In between their conversation, he would ask me "what else". 2. I was informed to expect a service status via text message between 1-3pm, which did not happened. Service on 7/2/2019 The location is under construction. The communication was poor as to where the shuttle bus was or the cashier. AND my 2018 X5 lift door was scratched up. AND my breaks when pressed were quick to stop. After the service my steering wheel is looser and the brakes need to be pressed half way before the car stops. I?m EXTREMELY unhappy with my experience. Mind you, I only got an oil change.

Extremely Disappointed!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a used vehicle and I am fully aware I am not getting the same kind of product as a new vehicle. However, this vehicle has been nothing but problems. There was even a checkoff sheet done by a 'Garage Manager', well he must have been blind. I have had this vehicle for 3 weeks and it's still in the shop.
