"Good sales experience" Traveled to Spokane for recall items on our 09 BMW X5 and ended up trading for a 2019 BMW X4. Our sales representative was Brett McMahon and was very informative regarding the different models we looked and asked about and very attentive to putting something together for the purchase.
"BMW X3" Scott Grumbly did an excellent job for us along with his technicians. He is the best and is excellent to work with in keeping us informed about repairs.
"New X2" Very friendly and patient staff. Was able to get exactly what I wanted. I feel I got a great deal for trade-in, great price on X2 and a great finance rate through BMW.
"Servicing and Repairing the 325XI BMW" My daughter, Melissa took our BMW 325Xi to get the back windows fixed because they would not roll up and also found an oil leak and fixed it which we paid and let us know what else needs to be repaired on the car, which we appreciated. Melissa said everyone was so nice and helpful. We would highly recommend the Spokane dealership. In fact, we are presently leasing another BMW, which is a X1 SUV. "Customer Service" Scott Grumbly did an outstanding job. His communication and professionalism went above and beyond. I had complete confidence in the service technician (Todd). His work was impeccable.

"Repairing cut in back seat. " I appreciated the service manager, Bob (Robert?). He made it seem very important to do whatever he could to take care if my problem. Also, I wish I could remember the young service guy who helped me. His office is about 2 from the front. He is very accommodating and made sure I had a rental to run my errands. As usually, they were very professional and kind. The only thing that always frustrates me is that when I drive in for service I have to wait around for help.
