"In and out as advertised " i3 tech was ready for me at 07:45. I told them I needed to be out by 10 am. They had the full service and paperwork done by 09:45. My total service cost (parts and labor) for four years was an average of $145/yr. Not many ICE cars can run that cheap. (and this is a BMW). Thanks guys for the excellent service.
"Good people" Both Mitch in service, Kyle in parts, and all the people behind the scenes went completely above and beyond in helping me out of a tight spot. They were extremely accommodating and patient with some issues, and truly made me and my vehicle feel like a priority. Thanks for all that you do.

"Outstanding service " I really didn’t get the name of our service person. As our routine person had an emergency dentist visit. He wasn’t as friendly initially but warmed up by the time we added on additional service items. He made it sound like I was several hours early for an appointment which we weren’t. Overall it was ok.
"Air bag recall" This was done promptly and the service department was as nice and professional as always. We travel from Montana for service and are not disappointed
"Excellent Customer Service" When we drove up to the service department, we were greeted immediately and ushered to Scott's desk. Given a 2 1/2 hour time frame. The job was completed in less then 2 hours! Car washed and ready to go! Comfortable waitng area too!
"Excellent!" I bought an off-lease 435i that needed a few items done under warranty to get it dialed in. BMW of Spokane gave me great service and the 435i is all set. Thanks.
"Job finished right the first time" The Service team exceeded my expectations and I was very pleased with the Detail and the customer waiting area was very pleasant and well stocked
