"Great service! Very personable staff!" Our car was ready a few days earlier than anticipated And costs were as estimated. My car was washed and very clean. Scott was very personable!! Great service and professional team!!
"Did what was necessary, no chaos" The scheduled service was performed (I had accumulated three recalls which would require all day) and a very nice service loaner was scheduled and provided. All of my questions were answered and I was never left looking for help. I cornered a member of the sales team (Tom Sparks) to ask about the new models and, even though I'm not currently in the market for a new BMW, he was very informative. "Very informative " Very easy recall repair. In addition, the service specialist Scott answered all my questions and then some. I actually learned a lot more about my car.

"Scott Grumbly is excellent" Brought my 335d to Camp BMW Scott was my Service Advisor, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, kept me informed throughout the repair. I would definitely recommend Camp BMW and Scott for any service needs.
"Low pressure " Smooth negotiations. Brett was knowledgeable and courteous. The vehicle we purchased was clean and serviced when we test drove it, then washed again and a full tank of gas after we purchased it.

"Easy Peasy" I drove over from Montana ( one of the downsides of buying a BMW in a state that has no service center) BMW of Spokane made it so easy for me. they gave me a brand new loaner to go do some errands and had the car ready by the exact time they said it would be ready, all clean and ready to go! "Oil Leak" Kevin was great, took time to work with us on finding an oil leak and giving the car an overall look. Very knowledgeable and attentive. We would not hesitate to work with him again.
