"Another great service appointment " Needed routine scheduled maintenance for my BMW 5 series. As per usual everything was handled promptly and professionally. Loaner X5 was in pristine condition. The staff were very helpful.
"How they turned a 0 rating to a 10" I left my z4 for an oil leak and recall it needed to be left for a few days as a part needed to be ordered. I was out of town and Scott left a message asking me to call the next call on my machine was the police giving me a case number for a stolen car. "Awesome Experience " My husband has had his eye on the BMW X-3 for me for several months, I love and still drive my X-5 which we bought new in 2001, also from BMW Spokane. "Sales Service above the rest like the namesake they sell" Jared was very knowledgeable on my X5 35d as he owns one. Always great to know that employees drive the make they sell... "Courteous and professional " Both Kevin and Ralph were helpful, courteous and professional. Ralph went out of his way to lias with management and service to get the process started. And Kevin thought ahead about doing a service that was close to being due so I wouldn’t have to make another trip from 50 miles away. Overall experience was very good. Nice people.

"Very helpful." Everyone was very friendly and helpful when they asked for help or answering questions. They got us in right in when we got there a half hour early, and got the car done as quickly as they could.
"Good service" I purchased lifetime oil changes from Spokane BMW in 2012. I went in for an oil change. They also had parts to perform two recalls on my BMW 328 x drive. I got a loaner car. Kevin took great care of me and explained everything to my satisfaction
