"Great service and I love their snack basket full of cookies!" Kevin in service always comes through for us. He gets our vehicle in and out in a very timely manner. He always keeps me updated on the progress and he provides a shuttle to and from our home. Ted the shuttle driver is also a really nice young man working on his pilots license through Moody Bible Institute. I highly recommend BMW of Spokane service department. Give them a try!!!
"BMW Spokane " The work done was good, and the environment within the dealership is pleasant. Scott in the service department was friendly and easy to work with, and everyone else seems nice. The only real complaint is when we were on the phone with Kevin to set up the original appointment, his attitude was short and he didn’t seem like he was really interested in helping. Other than that, our experience with BMW of Spokane was enjoyable.
"Excellent service department" We live in Montana, so any BMW service requires an appointment and a long drive. Scott is very helpful with scheduling our appointments, and seeing to it that everything is done in a timely manner. Kevin helped us with our recent maintenance service visit and was equally helpful, phoning to let us know when the vehicle was washed & ready. Since we were heading home that afternoon, we were pleasantly surprised to find that all had been done faster than expected. Thank you!
"Scott was very helpful and accommodating " I was met with hospitality and professionalism from the time I walked in door. Scott was extremely helpful with any and all questions and made my wait for my yearly service very comfortable.

"Amazing No Pressure " I walked into BMW pretty certain of what I wanted, as I had been online shopping for weeks on weeks. Shockingly enough I came in for an Acura. Adel was my salesman, and he was the best one my husband and I have ever dealt with. It was very easy and relaxed and he took us on 4 test drives in 4 different vehicles. "Great Experience! We'll be back in the future! " We purchased a used vehicle from Camp BMW over the weekend. Even though it wasn't a BMW, we were still treated with respect and like mattered. Our sales person, Adel, was very easy to work with and low pressure. Our finance specialist, Jose, and the sales manager made the transaction even smoother. Just a great experience overall! We'll definitely be back when we're in the market for a new vehicle!
