"Turned a recall into a pleasant experience" Received a recall notice (turned into multiple items) and from the first phone call the people were great to work with. Changed appointment times as we needed as we had to travel two states and a time zone. Beautiful building, very clean site, including sales lot and service area, I looked. "Issue solved with great customer service " I bought my BMW X-5 from a different dealership, and moved up to Spokane shortly after. I had never dealt with this dealership before, so when my X-5 suddenly had a rear hatch issue, I was curious about the kind of sevice I would get compared to the dealership I purchased it from, because they were pretty great. "BMW Service Center" The BMW service staff are professional and friendly. They make you feel welcome and special as they cannot do enough for you. Excellent experience and interaction with staff. They keep you well informed on the status of your vehicle.

"Smooth sailing !" Nice job is all I can say! Atta boy for whoever hired Mitch in service. I work for another dealer I should know. ;) He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I was updated with the status of wait time . When the car was finished he even showed me a couple of features I wasn’t familiar with.
"Great Service" I arrived a few minutes early and Scott was outside to greet me. It felt like I was part of the family. The wait was short and the waiting area and amenities were excellent.
