"Good sales men" All were very helpful and saw to any needs we had at the time. Some things they could not take care of such as the garage door opener and auto windshield wipers.
"Excellent Customer Service" Joseph was excellent! I new exactly what car I wanted and he helped make it happen. This was the fastest and most friendly car purchase I have ever made.
"Great service" My car has gone to this dealership since we moved up there. I have always found them to provide great service. Will keep coming back.

"Past to Present Perspectives" The mechanics always did an excellent job on my car repairs through all the years. However from 2011 to 2015 I experienced customer service that was less than acceptable. I spoke to the general manager at that time to express my dissatisfaction. "Great experience. " My service advisor was Kevin. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what was going on with my car. The problem was fixed within a couple of hours. I highly recommend this service department.
"Personally " They did everything my x1 needed and then washed in a very timely manner. My X1 is running great thanks to them staying on top.
"Unexpected repair fixed up quick" Had an unexpected issue come up with my i3. Scott was able to get me scheduled within the next couple of days and they got the repair completed by the next evening. Scott kept me in the loop and called promptly any time they had info to share. My only complaint is that they don't have enough loaner vehicles. Taking the shuttle home for a quick oil change or something is OK, but for a repair that left me without the car for multiple days a loaner would sure have been nice.
