"Loveyourskinrenewit" Excellent Service and Sales staff very polite and professional while keeping it fun. Really enjoy the conversation and the laughs I share with the very friendly staff. The ice for ice coffees lattes etc is a nice touch well done gentleman keep up the extra efforts.
"Brake Service" I dropped off our car in the early morning on my way to work. Check in was easy, and the promised dealer loaner vehicle was ready to go. Repairs were done right and on time. Kevin explained everything clearly, and kept me updated regarding progress. Top notch customer service!
"Routine service" Everyone was professional, but they could use more people working in the service center. There was only one person in there and customers were waiting quite a bit before being served. The shuttle service was also a slow to leave the dealership and slow to pick up.

You can feel the sense of trust and professionalism from all the employees there and you truly feel like a VIP without feeling any pressure to buy a car from them. "They know their BMWs" Did a great job. They were busy, but got the car in ontime. They solved all issues and gave me great explanations of everything that was done. Highly recommend them.
"My thoughts " Great as always, Scott always does a great job, goes way beyone what other service adviser have done for me. Always lets me know what to expect and know what needs to be done. When finished, gels me what was done and why. Great service. Reason I come here as there are other choices.
"Fast and friendy" The work they do is top notch. service isn't cheap (two thousand), so it's nice to have it done right the first time.
