"Alignment" They spent 1 1/2 hours getting the alignment machine to work. I didn't get any papers showing the alignment results. We drove 2 hours to get to the dealership with an appointment while we wait.
"Just went to get my AC checked" I went to get my AC checked and Freon filled, and had a great experience. The free coffee was nice, friendly staff, and I was offered a test drive in a car I now will be purchasing.
"Service, oil change" Good overall and the staff was thoughtful and knowledgeable about the maintenance being done. The car was clean and drives without problem. The service dept was able to answer my questions about corrosion that was going on with my car.
"Professional" I received a text and phone message reminding me of my scheduled maintenance. Scheduling a good date and time was easy. The service rep was very courteous. It was completed in a timely manner as stated. Courtesy car wash was appreciated.
"Exchanging winter tires for summer tires" The service at BMW of Spokane is professional, friendly and helpful. When I make an appointment for service of any kind, I am greeted immediately when I drive in and the service individuals have my file on hand and are ready to go.
"excellent service but expensive" kevin provided excellent service and when theynidentified some additional service that should be done he contacted me with the additional cost and time required. two recall were also comp;eted promptly
"Getting to know our new BMW" Brett was a big help in showing us all of the features of our new car. And he gets an extra "kudos" for coming in on Mother's Day to complete the sale.
"Excellent service" Very friendly. They listened & didn't make you feel stupid trying to explain what my car was doing. Gave me some answers right on the spot then later called with the rest of the results. Did not push for more work to be done.
"Z4 alternator" Kevin is a really great service writer. I always ask for him. Ted who took me home was a real delight. Will be back. Kevin does a great job on price although I would have liked it to be a bit less.
