"5 STAR SERVICE" There are great service departments around the Spokane area, but when it comes to exceptional service their are a select few that go beyond great service. BMW of Spokane is Exceptional. The Management team outstanding. The service advisers outstanding. The after service contact making sure everything was 5 star service. If there is a BMW Service Adviser of the year Scott Grumbly should be one of them. Thank you and will continue to bring all my cars to this service department.
"Smooth and seamless...." Wonderful group of BMW representatives at BMW of Spokane. I purchased my first BMW at a fair price without any hassle. They crew took care of everything. All that I had to do was sign a few documents, I was never kept waiting, others not involved in my sale offered me coffee or water. The BMW seems to sell itself, but the services provided by the corporation knock the ball out of the park so to speak. "Fast service " Great communication service center had the parts everything was on time and the repair was done right and found my air bag problem very accurate
"Great experience" Took my BMW in for some recall work and general maintenance, and was happy with the customer service and work that was done. Came from out of town, and they had no problem loaning me a brand new BMW for the day. Will definitely return in the future!
"Oil change and air bag recall replacement " I was not aware there was a air bag recall on my car. The recall work was completed along with my scheduled appointment. Good service. Staff was helpful. The car was ready on time
"General maintenance" The team was fast and friendly as usual. Only downfalls are the waiting area has an air freshener so strong it stays in your nose for hours after you leave. And every time they reset my oil change alert they mess up other alerts that go off shortly after I leave and have to reset myself. Small price to pay for good service from very dedicated team of people.
