"Professional" As usual, the service department at Camp BMW was prompt, thorough and courteous. Costs were explained in advance and the dealership provided a very comfortable environment to wait. The car was serviced appropriately, washed and delivered on time.
"Regular maintenance" I did have to remind the resetting of the "Next Schedule Service". It was not a big issue but it was written on the work order but was not completed. There was a representative that reset it in a couple of minutes. Sometimes things are overlooked and that is why I questioned it.
"Friendly, professional, and catered to my exact needs. " I've never dealt with a more professional and qualified dealership, and never felt pressured or intimidated throughout the process. The quality and condition of each car is excellent.
"Great service" I always get top notch service from BMW Spokane. I was provided with a shuttle service to the airport where I flew out for a five day trip. On my return the shuttle picked me up to take me to the dealership where my X5 was ready such that I could make the 3hr. drive home. The high level of service is much appreciated.
"annual service" Timely. Very accommodating. Very professional. Thank you! Nicely done! Great appointment system with timely reminders. Prompt attention when dropping off the car and a comfortable waiting area.
