I was in just for the routine maintenance, but what actually impressed me was the positive attitude of the service advisor, he was profffessional, honest and helpful. He should be an example to follow for many in the industry.

My recent service visit to Hoffman BMW was a seamless event. I experienced a tire puncture and wheel damage in my new 5-Series. An appointment was promptly scheduled for me to drop off the car at my convenience. . Elizabeth LaFlond kept me appraised via text on the progress of the repair ( no dealing with missed phone calls ) and handled all the warranty paperwork as promised. She turned this potentially nuisance situation into just a small inconvenience. And all work was completed as promised and the car immaculate!
Very reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and willingness to accommodate. Explain in detail recommended repairs in detail prior to proceeding. Our family has two BMW's both get serviced here.

The service team which includes the techs at Watertown BMW seem to really care about making the customer happy. My past few visits there have been drama free. I believe the tech I talk to there (Mike?) is extreamly helpful resolving any issues I may encounter with the car.

Ms Lafond was away, so Mr. DuVerger took good care of me. The water pump work done so far so good. I would have given you 5 stars if it weren't for the technician, Antonio Capela, not securing the air filter housing inside the engine compartment. One of the nuts was missing, and I had to find one that would work. Luckily he left the other nut attached, but loose. I have had this 1987 325IS since new, I know the car inside out, and I always check everything after it is serviced. So, I can tell good from bad work!
