Despite the pouring rain, Karl Turshani was more than willing to provide excellent customer service to me, both inside and outside the dealership. I found him to be attentive, responsive, and pleasant. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for either a new or used BMW.

Great effort on everyone's part. Service is first and foremost. I appreciated the follow-up and explaining what work was done, and the opportunity to use a loaner car while mine was being serviced. Again, great work by everyone!
Great experience here. Never felt like I was being pressured and everyone was very informative and willing to answer (truthfully) any question I had. You don't always find that at most dealerships. Dennis smith was as nice of a gentleman as he is a knowledgeable salesman. 5stars
